Noa specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and cross-border transactions. As part of her practice, Noa advises companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and technology ventures in Israel and internationally, providing legal counsel on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.

Noa has experience providing ongoing legal counsel to private and publicly traded companies, including drafting and negotiating domestic and cross-border commercial agreements (such as licensing, development, services, and distribution agreements), as well as advising corporate officers, boards of directors and board committees on various aspects of corporate and securities law, such as corporate governance, related-party transactions, and equity-based compensation arrangements for employees and officers.

In addition, Noa has experience advising on investment and financing transactions, including equity and debt financings and public and private securities offerings, as well as advising on complex transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securitization transactions (including through special purpose companies (SPCs)), initial public offerings (IPOs), and transactions involving the injection of operating businesses into publicly traded shell companies.
