Perla specializes in corporate law, M&A and cross-border transactions. She advises entrepreneurs, companies and investors across the high-tech, food-tech and venture capital sectors on a wide range of commercial and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Perla worked as a Foreign Legal Clerk in Tokyo, Japan, where she supported cross border finance and international arbitration matters. Combined with her background in intellectual property litigation in Israel, this experience enables her to approach complex matters from a multi-jurisdictional perspective and adapt quickly to

different legal and regulatory environments.
