Chen specializes in representing entrepreneurs and investors in Israel and abroad, in international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions.

Chen has extensive experience in commercial law and corporate law, including representation and ongoing counseling to corporations from various fields (traditional industry, high-tech, software, ag-tech, infrastructure and agriculture), in Israel and abroad, in all stages of growth starting from their establishment, while providing counseling in a variety of issues related to their management and corporate governance.

Chen advises on various commercial agreements, such as development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution agreements.
