Jane has extensive experience particularly negotiations in the field of software, communications, licensing, intellectual property and labor relations related agreements.

Jane’s primary areas of expertise include building the business and investment structure of  start–up companies with an eye toward further financing, handling licensing and technology related transactions as well as providing general counselling to clients in corporate affairs such as labor & employment issues, ESPP, consumer relations, protection of intellectual property rights and trademark rights in Israel and abroad, negotiating broad spectrum of agreements such as licensing and distribution agreements, litigation and protection of clients rights in various judicial and semi-judicial instances in Israel.
