Qamar specializes in assisting entrepreneurs and technology companies from launch to growth and providing continuous day-to-day legal advice through different stages of their life-span. She provides legal advice to both domestic and foreign technology companies, and brings extensive expertise in industries such as healthcare, life sciences, software, and high-tech.

 

Prior to joining Estline & Co. – Attorneys at Law, Qamar served as in-house legal counsel of the NGT Healthcare Technology Incubator, where she also worked closely with the Incubator’s Venture Capital Fund and its portfolio companies and gained a unique expertise of the legal complexities surrounding this ecosystem. Qamar adeptly navigates startups through a wide range of legal matters, including incorporation, corporate governance, intellectual property protection, contract negotiation, international transactions, and regulatory compliance. In addition, she represents various companies in cross-border commercial transactions, corporate structures, and other legal frameworks.
